The primary services of the Keeseville Volunteer Fire department are:
1). To provide fire protection and other emergency services to the district and assist neighboring communities as prescribed by Mutual Aid agreements approved by the Board of Fire Commissioners.
2). To foster interest in the volunteer fire service and the welfare of the volunteer firefighters.
3). To provide and maintain suitable quarters for the operation of the organization.
4). To acquire fire apparatus of any kind or nature, as approved by the Board of Fire Commissioners, for use by the organization for the protection of persons and property from injury, loss, damage or destruction by fire or emergency.
